KIM KARDASHIAN has revealed all once again as
she was caught on camera completely naked while shooting yet another risqué
photoshoot.
Kim can be seen posing
for the shoot in the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Certainly not shy when
it comes down to flashing the flesh, the latest photoshoot sees Kim rolling
around in the desert with just white paint covering her modesty.
Despite suffering from
a dry skin condition, Kim explains in the clip that even that doesn't make her
any less confident in front of the camera.
"I have
psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I
should feel uncomfortable," she says.
Despite
insisting that she'd never pose nude again back in 2010, Kim has revealed all
