The
Kardashians and Jenners could make up to $32million a year from their apps
after hundreds of thousands of people downloaded them in just 24 hours.
Kim
and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie and Kendall Jenner each released an app Monday
which gives style tips to fans who sign up.
According
to TMZ, Kylie led the way with 74 per cent of sales - around
650,000 downloads.
This
far outstripped the next in the family, with Khloe's app making up for 11 per
cent of downloads, Kim nine per cent and Kendall six. Kourtney
Kardashian's app is yet to be released.
A
total of 891,340 pe signed up to the style apps in the first day, before their
designers closed a loophole allowing the number of downloads to be counted.
This
means it is likely the apps have now been downloaded more than a billion times.
To
celebrate the surprising news, 18-year-old Kylie took to her social media sites
to share a candid selfie.
On
Tuesday, the young style star shared a snapshot of the chart, which she proudly
captioned: ‘#1 I can't believe it. I love you guys. Can't wait to post more
tomorrow.’
Khloe,
31, also took to her page to say: 'This is crazy!!!! Thank you all so much for
all of your support!!! And For being so excited about our apps!
‘We
worked so hard on them and there's so much more to come!! I'm going to be live
streaming very soon a special message to you all. I love you guys!!! Wow I
still am in shock!!!’
