Election Results updates

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Monday commenced the official release of the results of Saturday’s presidential election, with official figures showing that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari winning Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Kogo and Ondo States.

The results further showed that President Goodluck Jonathan won in Nasarawa State, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Enugu and Ekiti States.

Initial results pouring in from the offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) across the states have shown that President Goodluck Jonathan and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Major-General Muhammdu Buhari, were running neck and neck, but with Buhari edging ahead slightly in Kano, Sokoto, Osun, Ogun, Oyo, Kaduna, Ondo and Borno States, where he won most of the local government areas in the seven states. see complete results so far below....
