Shooting at New Orleans airport in America

Shots have been fired at a US airport after a machete-wielding man reportedly attacked two people including a guard at a security checkpoint.

Police raced to the horror incident at Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, Louisiana amid reports that one of the victims worked for the US Transport Security Authority.
A spokesman for the local sherrif's office said the 63-year-old suspect was threatening agents with wasp spray and a machete before he was shot by an officer.
He is now unresponsive, the spokesman added.
Pictures on Twitter showed a man's body lying beside a machete.
Columnist Farah Stockman, who witnessed the alleged attack, said: "Everyone was hiding behind chairs and in doorways.
"The body was lying in a pool of blood.
"A knife was lying by the body. A woman - maybe a TSA agent - in blue had been lightly stabbed.
